ZM-60LY mining concrete auxiliary spraying truck can replace manual spraying operations on the working surface, effectively reducing the labor intensity of manual labor.
1. Low labor intensity: the equipment only needs one person to operate, and the spraying can be remotely controlled, effectively reducing the labor intensity of employees.
2. Wide spraying range: the nozzle can achieve 360° rotation and 180° swing; the telescopic arm stroke is not less than 2000mm, and the pitch is -60°/70°.
3. Flexible operation and high efficiency: adopting sensitive system control design, mechanized operation, stable movement, flexible operation, low energy consumption, continuous and uniform spraying, and effectively reducing the rebound rate.
4. Strong adaptability: the maximum working width is about 10m, the maximum working height is about 6m, suitable for 15 to 60m² tunnel sections, crawler climbing ability is 20°, and the walking speed is about 20m/min."
